At 40th over NZ score card was 170/4 but after 45 over Taylor and Oram Started to Rewrite world cup history. With tremendous sixes and fours New zealand rocked the crowd and threw pressure back. End of NZ innings score was 302/6.
In world cup history this is the first time a team has scored 100 runs from last five overs. Ross Taylor scored 131 not out from 124 balls. with 8 fours and 7 sixes and tied the most individual sixes in an inns on this world cup which kept by Kevin O'brain.
