Lady Gaga has been prepping us for her album Born This Way since last summer. But honestly, we feel so underwhelmed by the title track and "Judas" that, even though the record dropped yesterday, we're just kind of over it. Thurston is married to Kim Gordon, his Sonic Youth bandmate, and together they're the kind of power couple we all want to be—rockstars yet completely unassuming, insanely talented yet totally humble. Demolished Thoughts is full of sweet acoustic tunes—with strange twists and turns, and often with harp and violin backing.
